Baloch and Addiction !!

Last summer i went back to Balochistan specifically to Turbat and i realised that everyone ( expect for a few ) there men or women have some sort of addiction to something and i don't mean here illegal substances only ( like drugs and alcohol .. etc.) but other things too , such as :

1 - Godako

2 - Moshok

3 - Ciggerates

4 - Pan Parak ( all sorts of them ) and supari

5 - Tea  ( they have more than 5 cups of tea a day and even more )

6 - Alcohol

7 - Drugs ( of all sorts )

8 - Medication ( they create all sorts of excuses to take medicine , especially elder women )

9 - Mobile Phones 

Why Do you think this is happening ??

Is it in our culture to be addicted to something ??

Is it poverty and Illiteracy ??

Or Simply some ethnicities have readiness to be attracted to  addiction than others ??
