UTF-8 (unicode) Support Request for Balochi script

Dear Baask Staff
I have my poems in balochi and i want them to be in Balochi script.
Your website uses the iso-8859-1 encoding system or characterset.
if it would be encoded in UTF-8 , then we might be able to use Balochi script to post our poems etc
I have tried submitting  a poem in Balochi script, your site converted it into unicode but could not render it because iso-8559-1 characterset doesnt contain the Arabic/Balochi Characters.

Hope you ppl will take this in your notice please.

Thanks for your feedbacks on screen shot.
Well your mentioned point is already in our targeted task list.
But as you know Baask's management is not only engaged with www.baask.com, there are lots of routine works are on going along with this site.

But I promise to all members that very soon you will see so many positive changes in diwan.

As long as our work is not finished you continue sharing of In-Page images.

As you people have moved your forum from PhPbb to SMF ,I want to ask wether my request "UTF-8 (unicode) Support Request for Balochi script" is fulfilled or not .As i told u that I have some poetry in balochi and want them them in unicode in your Forum.

Hi JQ

I would like to know whether your Balochi stuffs are written in Inpage or notepad/Ms Word. If they are written using Inpage, then there is no way to publish them on web, on any website. You have to export them as gif/jpg picture and upload them to a imagehosting website and then publish to a website like we are doing in Baask's Literature section.

And if they are written using Microsoft Text Services and Input Langauges and using Urdu keyboard, then you can post them here as text.

By the way, Microsoft XP supports Urdu keyboard. Do let me know if you need any help in installing Urdu service and keyboard in MS XP.
