Why this world is not a country?

Today the world is divided into different countries,cultures and Geographical locations..... and that is not because of any reason one culture makes or represents one nation,In same one one geographical location builts one culture that is how people represent them selves according to their culture,nation and geographical location (country).
Now you must be thinking what is geographical location?
Word "Geography" is all about study of world's surface
And Geographical Location is all about world's location
Now let me ask you is the Geographical Location of this world is similar or one?
May be you will say Yes? but are you sure about your answer?
Because if you say Yes then this world shouldnt be divided into different countries and nations.
Geographical location plays an important role in making or forming a culture and it has its own influence.You cant wear warm clothes in hot area and similarly you cant wear a light dress in cold area as it doesnt make any sense.
You wear according to your surrounding and your surrounding is what you see and you feel.
Some countries are cold so some are hot,Some has mountains so some has rivers.
Its all about Geographical location,And this geographical location effects your dress,food,colour and etc now all these factors are part of your culture (food,dress,colour).
Thats why people represents their culture,their identity according to their Geographical location,Thats why this world is divided.
Is Pakistan Exists?
I often say Pakistan not exists,As it has no history,no meaning,its not a nation even not a country nor it has one geographical location.

So What One Baluch should call him or her self?
One Baluch is just
"Baluchistani" as its his or her identity,as Baluchistan has one geographical location,as Baluch is one nation.
