Urdu numbers

when I speak to a friend if mine in Balochi he says his numbers in a different way. I say mine as follows -

Yak
Do
Say
Char
Panch
Shash
Apt
Asht
No
Dah etc.....

But he seems to use Urdu numbers. Can someone tell me how to learn these?

You are speaking Baluchi numbers correctly but if your friend is using Urdu numbers it is his mistake.  Might be it is because of Urdu influence in his environment:

yaaraah /gyaraah / igyaara/ gyaaraaN (people of different accents use it differently)
baaraah
