Apple's iPhone was the most awaited phone in the US. But it comes as a disappointment to Europe and Middle East. It will have a six month exclusive on US telecom giant Cingular: after which it will ship in 2008 to the rest of the world. Pricing is also an issue: $600 for a 8GB version with a two year contract. Without a contract, rumors are that it will cost around $1000. Thats unrealistic pricing. Rest of the cons include no 3G, no wifi music streaming, only a 2 megapixel camera (it is 2008!!), built in battery and low build quality.

Those are a few cons, but it has the world drooling over. Drool over the pics here:















Oh and I have to add the pic of Apple's bluetooth headset worn by the lovely girl:




Certainly on top of my wish list :) I cant wait for 2008

It's a hard disk at 1956....
The Volume and Size of 5MB memory storage in 1956.
In September 1956 IBM launched the 305 RAMAC,
The first computer with a hard disk drive (HDD).
The HDD weighed over a ton and stored 5MB of data.
